Machines & power supplies are guaranteed for 1 year from their reception. In case of return they must be returned in the state received and not dismantled or damaged, dirty.
In the case of our kits, machines, power supply and electrical products, you can subscribe to a warranty extension of an additional year, ie 2 years warranty in total from the date of purchase of the product and valid only on the Guaranteed item.
This 2 -year warranty allows you to turn your products back (only machine machine, thermocopier power supply and electrical products) in the event of a breakdown. They will be repaired or replaced if necessary to help you out as soon as possible.
